Is Hyundai the Best Car Brand to Buy in 2023?

Hyundai Models Named to Car and Driver’s Editors’ Choice List

This list is put together by the editors over at Car and Driver, as the name implies. With over 400 vehicles that get tested as part of this process, it is enough of an honor just to have one vehicle make the list. So, how did Hyundai do?

Well, Hyundai actually had 8 models named to the Editors’ Choice list. These models were the following:

• Santa Fe (2023 MSRP of $28,450)
• Palisade (2023 MSRP of $35,550)
• Elantra N (2023 MSRP of $32,900)
• Sonata (2023 MSRP of $25,250)
• IONIQ 5 (2023 MSRP of $41,450)

This list recognized not only vehicles that are a joy to drive but also the ones that offer exceptional value. Put simply, these models are the best in their respective categories, and considering the fact that 6 Hyundai SUV models made the list, it’s probably fair to say that Hyundai holds a dominant position in one of the most popular vehicle categories in the United States.
