The spiteful GM Gladdis Vaughn has scammed me using the WA state Bushing law to squeeze money out of me a day AFTER I signed the full lease contract for a new Tucson with her sales manager Isaac Rogers. Before I decided to pursue the offer, the sales rep Himanshu, sales manager Isaac Rogers including Gladdis had confirmed the contract terms via email and text. Car shopping can be confusing, but we had all our questions answered and more. We were invited to take the vehicle on an extended test drive for an afternoon, which made all the difference in making our decision.

Our experience with the car is very positive but mostly due to information we have learned on our own. Many of the car features we have yet to figure out but given time we will. We have a friend in Florida that owns the same vehicle and he helps us out. We had to pursue dealer responsibilities on our own. We had to force the issues of getting the vehicle protection package, window tinting. Not quite what we expected.
We bought our Santa Fe through Costco so there wasn't much to deal. It's our 2nd Santa Fe and we had good luck with the first one.
I am happy with my new car purchase & happy with the service department getting me taken care of. I am not happy that my car was driven for 1000 miles while a quart low on gear oil for the transmission & hope that there was no permanent damage to the transmission.

The sales associate was respectful of our being senior citizens and having many questions. He was patient and professional. One mistake happened.....he told us to return for a service appointment to have the locking lug nuts put on. When we arrived, the service manager told us they had already been added to the wheels so we did not need to be there.

I had an absolutely terrible experience. Got a call saying they were interested in buying my car back and we could check out a trade-in. I made it very clear that I was on a strict budget. Shane, the salesman, told us what price they could offer. We asked for a minute to discuss it and he immediately snapped at us and said he didn't see why we had to discuss it, but fine. Made appointment for oil change on new Town and country for 10AM. At 10:15 my car still in lot and somebody walked in and asked for a oil change and they took his car in right away. At 10:25 they took my car in. At 11:00 they still hadn't started. Done at 11:20. If you service somebody over a customer with a appointment, will he come back? NO and we haven't except for warranty work
I would recommend this dealership a five star the staff can't do enough for you. The service is really exceptional...We did really well on the old car so keep on selling...

The reason why I rated this dealership 5 stars all the way across is because from the beginning they were straight forward and honest. Between the costumer service and friendlyness they made u feel welcomed with open arms. They really do anything and everything to get u into the vehicle that u want. I drove past three closer dealers and drove to Hyundai of Bellingham and found a 2011 Tuscon. I was not intending to buy a car that day but after meeting Ben Tucker and Garrett Payne I changed my mind and bought the car. Ben and Garrett were extremely friendly and displayed exclellent product knowledge. Overall it was a great experiance. So far we are extremely pleased with the Tuscon and feel we made the correct selection for our needs.

horrible phone manners. This place will be out of business with customer service like i received. Please improve your customer relations... Possibly send all the employees to customer relations classes. We will never use Rairdons bellingham for any parts or service that we may require.
I was an out of town buyer. All the salesman were very easy to work with and knowledgeable about their vehicles. I was surprised how easy it was to purchase from them, even though I live 500 miles away. They did exactly what they said they would do. I would definitely purchase from Rairdon's again.
I surprised myself when I chose a Hyundai but am delighted with my 2010 Tucson. I researched the progress the company has made since appearing on US market, and it was a rough start. They've worked hard to produce great cars at reasonable prices, and offer excellent sales service. Sales people were helpful and available to answer questions and take test drives. The Tucson is fun to drive - peppy, easy steering, nice equipment package. It's a small SUV but holds large things like 4 dog crates, carpets, etc. It's covered by an incredible warranty, and it takes regular ...

when i came into rairdon hundia i was a first time buyer with no credit what so ever. this did not discourage them at all from them trying to find me a vehicle i liked at a good price with a low payment. they gave me a good deal on my trade in and worked with me and my cosigner to make this as good of an experience as it could have been.
