From green energy innovations to developing next-gen transportation platforms, Hyundai is driving toward a more sustainable future. Hyundai Motor is committed to achieve carbon neutrality by 2045. The 2023 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid is part of that commitment. Hyundai’s holistic approach focuses on three pillars: clean mobility, next-generation platforms and green energy. Elantra offers all of the benefits of hybrid technology packaged in a sleek exterior and offering a comfortable, roomy interior to make your ride more than environmentally conscious. It makes it fun and exciting!
Feeling good is a given when you’re getting an EPA-estimated up to 56 MPG highway while your compact hybrid sedan passes miles of gas stations. Trips to the pump will be fewer and farther apart, and you’ll get plenty of performance in between. ELANTRA Hybrid maximizes power and fuel efficiency with its Smartstream engine and 32kW electric motor. At lower speeds, the vehicle uses more electric power and less gas. Brakes convert energy into electric power, which helps to recharge the battery with regenerative braking. You can be confident that your ELANTRA Hybrid will take you many miles down the road—especially with the high-capacity lithium ion battery system. It’s covered for 10 years/100,000 miles.
With a bold face and crisp chiseled contours, 2023 ELANTRA Hybrid makes this look good. The look is bold and modern, from its lower, wider profile to its crisp, angled lines. It’s style that elevates you, and pairs well with considerable substance under the hood.
ELANTRA Hybrid is best in class for space, with 99.4 cu. ft. of passenger volume, surpassing both Toyota Corolla Hybrid and Honda Insight Hybrid. Best-in-class rear leg room, front head room and rear shoulder room means there’s plenty of room to stretch out and feel good. The effect is immediate and impressive, giving the impression of a much larger sedan. ELANTRA Hybrid has just the right touches of premium comforts and soon-to-be essential conveniences.
All the latest tech in the 2023 Hyundai ELANTRA Hybrid makes every ride fun, convenient and confident.

High Beam Assist (HBA)
Constantly turning your high beams off and on can be a hassle, which is why this thoughtful feature automatically does it for you. It can detect oncoming vehicles and toggle between high and low beams accordingly.
Parking Collision-Avoidance Assist-Reverse
When you’re reversing in a parking spot, you’ll get an audio warning when sensors detect a potential collision. It may even apply the brakes if necessary.
Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist with Pedestrian Detection (FCA-PED)
When the system detects a vehicle or pedestrian in your path, it warns you of a potential collision. If you don’t begin stopping in time, the system may automatically apply braking.
Driver Attention Warning (DAW)
To help prevent potential accidents, this system monitors your driving patterns to detect drowsy or inattentive driving. Once detected, it alerts you with a sound cure coupled with a warning message on the instrument cluster.
Lane Keeping Assist (LKA)
Your vehicle warns you through audio and visual cues if your vehicle drifts out of its driving lance without signaling. If necessary, it can gently apply corrective steering assistance to keep you inside the lane.
Smart Cruise Control (SCC) with Stop & Go
While traveling at a speed set by you, it uses radars to maintain a safe distance from the car ahead. After the system slows the vehicle to a stop, it will reactivate if the vehicle in front moves within 3 seconds.
Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist (BCA)
If your Hyundai detects a vehicle in your blind spot while your turning signal’s on, it will alert you and may automatically apply the left or right front brake before you change lanes.
Lane Following Assist (LFA)
Using the front-view camera to detect lane markers on the road, this feature assists the driver’s steering to help keep the vehicle centered inside the lane.
Rear Cross=Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist (RCCA)
When you’re going in reverse, it lets you know if its sensors detect a vehicle approaching from the left or right. It may even apply the brakes automatically if needed.
Highway Driving Assist (HDA)
While driving on the highway, this technology automatically helps keep you centered in your lane and traveling at a safe distance from the car ahead. It also helps keep you driving at the right speeds, setting your pace based on GPS and highway data.
Safe Exit Warning (SEW)
This pioneering innovation warns the driver when the vehicle is parked and its radar detects a vehicle approaching from behind.
